Jansen’s Minneapolis

Minneapolis in photographs

I ran into Henry, the campus alligator last night.

I’m pretty sure there are multiple gators, but I refer to them all as Henry, since I only see one at a time.

I wonder what type of wildlife Minneapolis has…

  1. SWEET ! Is that a gleam in his eye ???

  2. Alas, Dennis, no alligators. Our ‘wildlife’ consists of rabbits, squirrels and deer. Yes, we do have deer in the city. Moose make an occasional appearance, but that is usually in the outer ringed suburbs. They rarely make it to Mpls. A bear has been known to wander in every now and then, too. Aquatically…turtles and frogs. Pretty boring when stacked against alligators.
